Keeping it community-led since 2022
We are thrilled to welcome two new members, Hana ElSafoury and Ritu Gupta to our Accountability Circle!

The Participatory Grantmaking Community is built by and accountable to community-led funders, and our governance reflects that. In 2022, we developed a community-led governance structure to ensure our priorities are shaped by those working at the frontlines of shifting power in philanthropy to communities.
Our Accountability Circle members have been invaluable guides and thought partners as we work to embody our values of self-determination, anti-oppression, accountability, transparency, and care.
Curious about how Accountability Circle works? Explore the purpose, specification, and selection process in our Governance Handbook.
