Program Consultant
Gloria is a feminist development practitioner and consultant with over a decade of experience working at the intersection of economic and gender justice, participatory grantmaking, and movement-building. She partners with community led funds, philanthropic foundations, and bilateral agencies worldwide to co-design collaborative grantmaking and movement building strategies that shift power to local experts and communities.
She is a specialist in feminist resourcing, grants management and strategic partnerships- all deeply rooted in self determination. Gloria has helped shape major global frameworks, infusing them with intersectional approaches to amplify voices of marginalized groups. As a ShiftThePower 2023 Fellow and active member of networks like African Feminist Forum and AWID, she connects funders, movements, and leaders to catalyze transformative change. Outside of her work, she enjoys reading, dancing, listening to podcasts and currently co-hosts the "Who Cares" podcast, that highlights collective care, and feminist resilience across the Global South and beyond.
