Joel leads the Arizona Racial Justice Initiative, supporting racial justice initiatives for Black and Native communities. With a background in environmental justice at The Greenlining Institute, Joel also contributed to California’s clean transportation equity policies and served as an evaluator for major climate challenge funds.
