Red Umbrella Fund, Kenya
Stella is a programme Associate at Red Umbrella Fund. In this role, Stella is responsible for supporting the Red Umbrella Fund to strengthen and sustain the sex workers’ rights movements through grantmaking (financial support) and advocacy and communication efforts focused on catalysing new funding to support sex workers’ rights movements. Stella has a wealth of experience working with sex worker-led organisations, particularly in Africa. Before joining Red Umbrella Fund, she worked with African Sex Workers Alliance (ASWA) in various positions such as Programme coordinator for the Academy.
